It is our goal to place our puppies in happy, loving permanent homes. We want our puppies to be inside with their new families where they can deliver their love and loyalty to their new families. We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and we would do everything we could to make sure that they get the best life possible to live with their new family. That includes choosing healthy parents that are health tested before even considering them as a breeding pair in our program with good temperaments and a great personality, to proper socialization and daily handling and care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. We strive to provide each of our puppies and their families with a truly positive experience.
What makes our breeding program special
Our program is special because we put individual time into each puppy and make sure that they raised the best way possible. We evaluate each puppy to be sure that they are as healthy as possible to ensure that you get a happy healthy puppy. We do a lot of socializing and interacting with different things such as loud noises to different textures, objects, and people. We also have them out with our adult dogs to socialize with them as well. We strive on delivering quality family pets that will fill your heart and home with unconditional love and loyalty.

How to get a puppy from Cook's gentle Giants
If you are looking to get a puppy from us we ask that you fill out our puppy application, you will be asked to provide information about yourself and what you are looking for so we can help you find the right match. Once we receive the application we will be in contact with you, If you do have any questions or would like to contact us before applying please don't hesitate to contact us either from our FACEBOOK page, email or by calling us. You must fill out a puppy application to be added to our waiting list, order of approved applications are the order puppies are picked. Deposits are not expected until you choose your puppy, this will reserve your puppy and the deposit will go towards the price of the puppy. This deposit is non-refundable.
Included with your puppy
All puppies will go to their new forever homes With a complete AKC/CKC registration paperwork (this will depend on what pairing between parents that we choose). A contract, A 2 year health guarantee, Spay/Neuter contract, A return policy (all of this will be explained in our contract) Life time breeder support, A per-paid AKC reunite micro-chip that we will be primary contact and you will be secondary, A health sheet filled out from our Veterinarian and a physical exam and 6 week vaccinations from our Veterinarian. Complete medical records showing all deworming's and vaccinations, puppies will have deworming's at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of age. A bag of food, A blanket with mom/siblings sent on it, Toy, Some information on training and about the breed, A secret gift from us as well.
Go home date
Puppies need time to grow and develop with their mother and littermates before they can join their new families. A newborn puppy should stay with their breeder, mom, and siblings as they develop physically and gain new social skills alongside their brothers and sisters. With that being said puppies will go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age.
Getting your puppy home
Now it is time to take your puppy home, We feel the best way to take your puppy home is to come and pick them up, We want you to see where the puppies are raised and to meet us and the parents of your puppy. The puppies are adjusting to their new life away from their siblings and we just don't want to send them on their own on a plain or with a transporter, we do not ship our puppies. We will meet half way for deliver of your new puppy. We can try to work out other plans if these do not work for you.

Congratulations!!!!!! you have joined our Dane family we are so excited to have you be a part of our family. We raise our sweet babies for you to love and continue to care for the rest of his/her life. We take pride in knowing that in the 8 weeks of raising your sweet baby we get to know you and your family, We take pride in welcoming you to our family and having you be a part of your puppies life when it is first born to watching them grow and you picking them up at 8 weeks old, seeing the joy of you taking them home is bittersweet for us. We become very bonded with our babies and will continue to stay in touch with you. We love getting updates and pictures of them as they grow and as you enjoy the love of a gentle giant.
