About Us
Hello we are Steve & Becky Cook owner/breeders of Cook’s Gentle Giants, we have been married for 20 years, Steve works in the public Works department of or little town and I’m a receptionist at a Veterinary clinic, We live in a small town Michigan called Sterling we live out in the country on 3 acres with a ranch style home. Steve got me my first Dane about 23 years ago and the obsession has continued to grow from there. They are the best breed ever! In 2014 we established Cook’s Gentle Giants and started our dream of breeding Great Danes. We breed for confirmation and temperament we love all colors of the Great Dane but always strive to produce quality over color! We currently have 4 Danes all together. Two of the three acres is fenced in for them to run and play. We have been breeding for 8 years and have had 7 litters now we only do one litter a year, our dog live out their life here spoiled rotten. Our dogs are always with us in the house along with our puppies. We take pride in a clean, relaxing and loving atmosphere for all our Danes with plenty of indoor and outdoor space!

If you are looking to adopt a healthy, smart, lovable, goofy and constant shadow then you have come to the right place. We have this upcoming litter of great dane puppies coming June 2023 We still have space on our waiting list so if you are interested please let me know and I can send you more information. You are welcome to fill out an application and send it in, once sent in we will reach out to you and after speaking with us, and it is in your family's desire in being added you to our waiting list we will move forward. We do reply quickly when we receive the application, and it's always good practice to communicate with us if you would like one of our babies in the future. We are happy and eager to meet you.
